Trial Membership Pass Request Form

Thank you for your interest! We are delighted to offer you the opportunity to request a complimentary pass good for access to designated NUFitRec facilities and programs. This offer is open to first time users. Please note the following guideline:

Limit one trial pass per year
Request will be processed within 2 business days
Email confirmation is provided once your pass is activated and ready for pick up
Pass is good for one week from the date of activation
A valid photo ID is required to receive your pass
Pass includes access to all facilities as well as cardio/strength group exercise classes
The Mind/Body pass includes access to all facilities and group exercise classes

The trial membership pass provides access to the NUFitRec pool, track, weight rooms, cardiovascular machines, basketball courts, racquet sports courts as well as all cardiovascular/strength classes such as body pump, cycle, zumba, etc. Beach access is also provided (May - Sept, weather permitting).
